We are a family Cub Scout Pack, open to all youth kindergarten through fifth grade.  We provide ready made experiences for fun and growth while emphasizing citizenship, character, personal fitness, and leadership.

Although anyone is welcome to join, our scouts typically live along the Rock Prairie Road corridor in College Station, TX

We are a highly active Pack sporting regular events in a year round program that is sure to keep your cub engaged.   

We meet at Rock Prairie Elementary and Peace Lutheran Church, or wherever the adventures take us!

Pack 62 is first and foremost part of and runs one of the premier programs of the National Boy Scouts of America organization.  As a Cub Scout Pack, we emphasize the mission to "prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law."

We are part of the Sam Houston Area Council (SHAC).  Headquartered in Houston, TX, the Sam Houston Area Council guides and supports districts in Southeast Texas serving some 25,000 youth and 10,000 plus dedicated adult volunteers.  

Getting closer to home, Pack 62 is also a member of the Arrowmoon District which serves Scouting units the Brazos Valley area.  

Finally, no Cub Scout Pack would be complete without a Chartered Organization.  Pack 62 is chartered by Peace Lutheran Church (PLC) ELA of College Station, TX.  We receive critical support with finances, meeting space, logistics, leadership, and more.
